1995 MY version I believe? The Break was introduced for 1994, but initially only available in the Romance markets (France, Spain, Italy) and had a large slab under the license plate: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/oAkAAOSwtutcHVfg/s-l1200.jpg Link to "i.pinimg.com" Most other Western European markets received it with the facelift. |

Indeed, pre-facelift examples don't seem to have any plastic trim on the rear hatch, I also checked the 1.4i Aura tested by Quattroruote in June 1994 and it didn't have it. Here a pre-facelift Avantage too: https://live.staticflickr.com/8565/28109474343_9a67339b8f_b.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/4193/34736986716_3d013386cd_b.jpg Post facelift Avantage: https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51133031480_37e2d08ff9_b.jpg Pre-facelift ones have to be very rare, as already in September 1994 facelifts were registered: https://www.flickr.com/photos/lorenzossc/38978509552/in/photostream/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/lorenzossc/27236849739/ I didn't know pre-facelift Breaks weren't sold in all markets. -- Last edit: 2025-01-03 13:27:00 |

Some launch dates of the ZX Break in Europe/UK: Austria: June 1994 (facelift) Czech Republic: June 1994 (facelift) France: February 1994 (pre-facelift) Germany: June 1994 (facelift) Hungary: January 1994 (pre-facelift) Italy: December 1993 (pre-facelift) Netherlands: July 1994 (facelift) Poland: June 1994 (facelift) Slovakia: June 1994 (facelift) UK: February 1995 (facelift) I couldn't find the precise launch month for Norway, but the car in the picture was registered on June 15, so most likely one of the very first facelifted ones |
