Fichte steals the Rolls from a pub where some old guys were playing snooker (his Mercedes was stolen in the episode and I'm eager to see his car for the final season) Total fake plate. |

So that's why it had a "Morgan logo" as I assumed it was, on the radiator... |

The car is right hand drive. There is a British tax disc in the windscreen. The "total fake plate", Gamer, was issued by the County Borough of Rotherham in 1954, and could be a vanity plate in this case. I think that this is an early Mulsanne, but it's far too modern for me, really. -- Last edit: 2017-06-08 23:20:24 |

Rotherham?! In the episode he was supposed to be close to Dover and the ferry to Calais! |

UK plates aren't tied to a region just issued by a regional office, once in circulation they can end up anywhere. |

So what ? The London Metropolitan Police has cars registered in Birmingham now. In this age of leased vehicles and transfered "cherished" plates, the codes in british numberplates aren't that relevant anymore. |

My current daily driver was bought from the Staffordshire Mercédès agent, registered in Chester, but has a plate that suggests it came from the north of Scotland. |
