DynaMike ◊ 2017-04-02 11:53	The rectangular one is part of the license, "Deel III". Part I of the registration is about the car, part II about the owner, and part III had to be renewed evry year and showed behind the widscreen, in an attempt to controll the growing corruption of car registration. This system was used from 1975 to 1996. I don't know what the round one is. Maybe it was something specific for Police cars.
