Looks like 1973 or later, perhaps Volkswagen 1303? |

1973+ (can't see front wings/fenders clearly) but with a non-vented decklid/boot/engine cover and a rear wheel angle you wouldn't expect on a 1303A, it is rather a basic VW 1200 |
