Visiting the location on Google Street View, the house on the corner is surrounded by a temporary fence and security cameras. Google's images are dated August 2023, which roughly aligns with the filming dates on IMDb, so I think Google passed by while this movie was in production. There are no other houses in the immediate vicinity and there is no house number or mailbox visible; even the oak tree in the front yard looks kind of fake. This all begs the question, was the house built specifically for this movie?
