Set in USA and Mongolia.
IMDb lists all the filming locations in Calgary, Alberta, Canada (USA scenes) and Kananaskis Country, Alberta, Canada (Mongolia scenes);
Although this isn't listed on IMDb, I believe there were definitely 2 scenes where it was actually filmed in Mongolia (it's listed as one of the filming locations towards the ending credits as well), those scenes, I believe, involved a Hyundai coach and a Hyundai Elantra taxi; the rest, as far as I can see, was filmed in Canada.
