Essentially the car is similar to a 1896+ Benz velociped nicked 'dogcart' in the UK. Especially the rear end in 2:43 with engine compartment in sight. Possibly manufactured under license like the Arnold Benz, but only 12 were made, compared to 1200 Velos.
