Finished. German-Soviet coproduction, filmed in Germany, Finland and Czechoslovakia. Two very exciting - but for an IMCDb-ist agonizing - car chases. This film apparently has some interesting background to it. It was originally a Soviet-Dutch coproduction (the script was cowritten by Dutch children's author Els de Groen) to be produced by the Russian and Moldavian studios of the USSR, but I guess there were some problems. Next, the film was released neither in German (not that I know of) and its Russian/Soviet theatrical release was canceled. Instead, the film was quickly pirated there to VHS in the early 90s. |

Thank you. I've corrected the title, and managed to find a less blurry copy of the film. I'll update the pics shortly. |

Somehow I don't feel like my work has been acknowledged. This film was very hard to watch with so many cars and I was glad I could finish it. And now it's immediately being replaced? It just makes me so angry, this film was so agonizing to cap, and not even 24 hours later, they get updated with a new source... -- Last edit: 2020-04-02 10:27:12 |

Don't worry, I've only replaced eleven pics, and only the worst looking ones. The film copy I found is less washed out, but for most of the background cars, there's no visible difference in picture quality. |
