 I don't think I have seen this one. The pic with the BMW is obviously at Spa but I guess the shots with the Toyota trucks are in Japan??

Yup, it's at the Fuji Speedway. The Hilux is at Spa. The Tracks shown are:
- Silverstone
- 'Old' Nürburgring (Nordschleife)
- Le Mans
- Spa Francorchamps
- Brands Hatch
- Fuji Speedway
- Kyalami

DVD-Bonus is one lap at Mosport with Vern Schuppan.
