Tried looking up filming location and all I could find was the the whole film was filmed in England, recreating Pennsylvania. So for some of the cars, they look US or North American spec, but can't be certain.

^ All the shots with the housing street don't look English at all - the street furniture is all wrong - we have lamp-posts on metal poles (not wooden posts), we don't really string cables across the street (maybe the occasional phone line, but not power cables), we don't have the wooden-clad houses with pillar porches, and we don't have flat roads - they have camber so rainwater drains into the kerbs where there are lots of drains.

However I can see the "city" location (Chevy Caprice and Monte Carlo scene) as potentially English street - buildings and road markings would match.

The "city" location is outside the Royal Albert Hall in London.

The American street reminds me of the set built in Bulgaria for /movie_17220704-A-Christmas-Story-Christmas.html but I can't find any evidence that any of this film was shot in Bulgaria.

^ I asked on reddit and it turns out the first three houses are facades and the background is a blue screen/VFX.
