 ^It seems the scene or sketch with the bicycles was filmed 10-15 years ago because of the unusual number of 1980s-1990s cars seen with very few to no 2000s cars visible.

 I was right, the bicycle sketch was reused from The Underground Comedy Movie which was released back in 1999.
