You know, I saw this on IMDb, and was wondering, "why the hell are they even bothering to remake this?" Then I saw the trailer in that link to the "Tartan Prancer," and I realized this may not be so bad. |

Haven't seen this movie yet but judging from the reviews, it appears to be mediocre and I could tell from just watching the trailer. Not surprising, no Vacation sequel or reboot will ever surpass the original. |

Christmas Vacation is my favourite. I'm generally not a fan of remakes and reboots, but I liked Terminator Genisys and Jurassic World so I might like this one. EDIT: if I'm going to the cinema to watch this, I'm definitely not taking someone with me to see it - just in case it totally sucks  EDIT_2: it's not on anymore, never mind. -- Last edit: 2015-10-15 18:03:57 |

Although it was improvement compared to T3 and Salvation, I still did not really enjoy Genisys. Haven't had a chance to see Jurassic World but heard it was definitely a better sequel than JP III. On the other hand, I'm disappointed that none of the original cast from the first film other than B.D. Wong reprise their roles or at least make cameos. |
