 Cars have Massachusetts liscense plates, but this doesn't look like Massachusetts. IMDB says filmed in South Carolina.

The movie was filmed in South Carolina??? THAT'S *BEEPING* AWESOME!!! I'm from South Carolina, and movies rarely get shot in this state, especially the midlands/foothills region, most movies shot in this state are either shot in the mountains (Deliverance), or the coast (Forest Gump).

 The helicopter is a Bell 206B JetRanger, c/n 1432 built in 1974.
It was lost in a non-stop crash in 2005.
