It's one of those movies more interested in its gimmick than anything else, and the end result is a moronic, dull mess, padded to no end, and with a ridiculously obvious stuntman in place of Gary Busey during the fight. Couldn't they have allocated a bit more budget for that awful wig? Maybe they should've hired a "Gary Busey's Hair Designer" in place of a "Wesley Snipes' Hair Designer" (an actual credit, and Snipes hardly has any hair!).
