The good times quickly turn sour as she's forced off the team by their prejudiced sponsor and her friends, teammates, and coach do their best to have her allowed back on the team in time for the championship game against the Toronto Maple Leafs. I'm not usually one for sports films but I loved this movie. Filmed on location in Parry Sound! Playing the coach is SCTV alum Rick Moranis in an unusual dramatic role.
