Sorry, but you might be surprised at how many car companies were around then. Peugeot was making cars, Benz was making cars, Panhard was making cars, the first electric car was made in the United States in 1891. There were also a lot of smaller companies that might have only built one car or little more. It could really be anything. They could have also used a newer car from the mid to late 1890s. They did have a lot of things in the movie that were before their time in 1891, so it wouldn't surprise me if they used something that was built a little after that exact time. |
