IRT_BMT_IND ◊ 2009-05-20 23:46	Yes. It is a facelifted newer model, which was built after Nova stopped building buses in the US, which means US transit operators cannot buy them with federal funding. The bus in the picture is owned by the University of Alabama, which is a private operator and does not need to conform to any "Buy America" rules.
