The lines are GM of 1939-40. Buick or Cadillac ? Not clear enough image to be sure. |

Not easy here , the picture is poor .The small picture with the interior shot shows a rear window with 3 glass sections and that would make it a Cadillac if...it is the same car( Buick Limiteds had a two piece rear window). From the large picture I would however be more tempted to go for a 1939 Buick Limited series ,90 model 90 or 90 L . Fender lines look Buick ( contemporary Cadillacs had somewhat more square design of the rear edges of the fenders , Buick's were more pointed ).One cannot see a typical Cadillac hood mascot here and taillights do not look Cadillac.The headlights are not yet integrated in the fenders , and there are no parking lights on top of the front fenders next to the headlights , characteristics of the 1939 Buicks.I think one must be cautious with interior views since those were often in studio shots and it may be a different car but I may be wrong |
