I don't know. In every one of these productions, the car preceding the stock footage never matches (especially not in the present case). There's no telling for sure what it was originally shot for. Heck, it might not even have been shot for a movie or TV show in particular to begin with.

ETA 2020: Upon further inspection, I noticed a connection. The Rookies, Charlie's Angels and Vega$ were all produced by Aaron Spelling.
