The grille is different and it is the Diesel indeed - the Turbo D or Turbo DX, made since late 1984. This one has some optional or later hubcaps, I haven't seen in the period pics/brochures. Also it seems the very early French DX didn't have front spoiler (if DX didn't, then the cheaper Turbo D for sure didn't have it too) or it was rather optional... It looks like in the W.
