Sunbar ◊ 2011-11-13 12:38	Long wheelbase CF280 Oct 1972 (MY 1973) onwards by the later door handle. Window sizing does not look like any UK vehicle to me so probably Australian. It could even be dummy side windows on a van to make it look like an ambulance perhaps.
