I know the grill doesn't match, but I just meant the van its self.

From top to bottom:

This van has a kink on the top of the roof while the other is flat.

There is a big logo on this one, lights on the other.

This one has square windows with a chamfer on the bottom, the other one har oblong ones.

Wipers placed on the bottom of the windows on this one and on the top of the windows on the other one.

The kink from the roof goes all the way down to th bottom of this one, no such kink on the other one.

The most obvious part; the grill. The grill is made from the same sheet metal as the rest of the front end, it's not interchangeble (if it where the same type of van)

Headlights and side indicators is place differently.

Much thicker bumper on the other one (could be a replacement)

The front wheel arch on this one is round while the other is more square.

The biggest question of all: Why do I waste my time on something like this???

Good question. My answer is: for the most of tom11's "identifications" a [:kiki] is more than enough.
