To me it looks like a CWS T-1 with 2nd type of the "Kareta" body but two things make me doubt:
- the distance between the "grey" bar and windows seems to be too small - http://www.polskie-auta.pl/stara/c21.jpg
- it is in Egypt, but can be a car from the embassy maybe...

Look like a "GAZ - M1" or "Ford-V8-40"

Can't be GAZ from the political reasons. The Ford, at least version, which Google finds in biggest numbers, was a bit different - shorter 3rd window and different position of handles: http://www.dyna.co.za/cars/33_Ford_Sedan_Red_ss.jpg
