This was the first BMW to be locally assembled by Indonesia Service Coy, that company would continue to produce BMWs until 1993 where assembly was taken over by Gaya Motors. These Service Coy cars were only available as a 520/4 and was produced between 1976 to 1981. A total of 720 520/4 E12s were locally assembled. -- Last edit: 2025-09-14 08:46:42 |

Nice info, lucivex.  I was also in a middle of a research here until came to this following source. Facelifted 1977-1981. Per our standards, 1977 suffice, per BMW, and model name is just 520. |
