How do we list that? Is SPT considered as a "make"?

In fact SPT is the russian acronym for 'self-propelled passenger stairs' (Самоходный Пассажирский Трап). I don't think that it has a 'make', but a factory designation. They were designed and built on Kharkov Aviation Plant (Харьковского авиационного завода) on USSR, more precisely in Ukraine. СПТ (SPT in cyrillic) was and is a model produced on this factory. Now it has the name Kharkov State Aircraft Manufacturing Company (KSAMC) and the models SPT-114 and SPT-154 are continuing to be produced but in a KSAMC subdivision, on TORA Plant.
This one on the pictures is an old model. The SPT-104. I think it was introduced on mid-50's, very early 60's decade.
The next model, '-114', appeared almost at the same time when also appeared the Tupolev Tu-114. This one was longer than the previous model to reach the high Tu-114 door. Than next appeared the '-154'. This one was introduced as a modernization of the '-104'. I think it was built on the same period, when the Tu-154 was introduced on 'Aeroflot' fleet (late 60's, early 70's).
Well, today of course the '-114' and '-154' manufactured on TORA factory were modernized and have a slightly design differences.

Here are the websites:

We can also find many photos of SPT-104, 114, and 154 on airliners.net.

I think we could list it as SPT.

I would rather consider the factory as a make then, like what is often done for Russian vehicle, no? (like GAZ etc.)

If so we can list it as KhAZ. On KSAMC website they use KhAZ acronym to refer the old factory (where these old vehicles were built).
KhAZ - Kharkovskogo Aviatsionnogo Zavoda (Kharkov Aviation Plant)

Thanks! :)
I've seen lots of times these passenger stairs in old pictures from Czechoslovakia airports, but unfortunately I don't know the manufacturer nor the model. I've been searching for it but I can not find informations about it. :(
