Rather undetectable from that angle. Better just list it as a Coupe.

It's definitely a 1959 "Series 62" coupe (note the small elongated badge below the trim spear on the front fender - the "Coupe de Ville" had that name in script on the rear fender, above the trim spear, close to the tail-light housings). You can also see the narrow piping of the front seat pattern; the "Cpoupe De Ville" had wider piping.

I am guessing that this is the same car the Simon Templar uses in "New York" (actually Sussex Square in London!) in Series 1, episode 3 (The Careful Terrorist). The production company often used some of the American models seen in the show in a couple of episodes probably to spread the rental costs over multiple shoots.

Incidentally...notice that the rear fender skirt was removed. This is for the purpose of this scene as the Rome Street urchins steal hubcaps off the wealthy people's cars while they have a dinner party inside a villa.
