 @AleX_DJ it's a little complicated.
You have to register on this site: https://vip.s-a.be/jsp/secure/login.jsp
which is to make an appointment for a technical inspection.
There you can search by plate number. It will list the VINs hidden by asterisks.
But someone here (I forget who) found a small security breach: you can actually see the whole VIN in the page source.
And then you have to run it through a VIN decoder.
