Ca. 1911 because it hasn't yet got a torpedo body. Not older than 1909 because it has a windshield but more importantly it would't have a knight sleeve-valve engine. I don't see any point of showing a poppet-valve Minerva in an automobile history tv-program. Four cylinders.
