RT1431. Originally Cravens coachwork, which it still appears to have. Referred to as Type 3RT3.

Cravens built bodies were completely non standard, so not swapped around.

The location is King Charles St, which goes all the way from Whitehall to Horse Guards Road, so I don't suppose that any bus routes have ever gone down it.
