With this position of indicator and door handle (and ofc. by the location) it is Zastava. 1st they were named 35, 40, later modifications were renamed to 30.8, 35.8, 40.8, 55.8 etc. It must be one of these later versions by the black strip below window (if wasn't customized by owner).
