It's either a 1999 Ford F-250 Light Duty Regular Cab or 2000+ F-150 7700 Regular Cab (also commonly known as the F-150 HD) there's no such thing as an F-250 7700. They're the same thing, they just changed the name for 2000 as it would get often confused with the F-250 Super Duty. It has a California Highway Patrol badge on the door and is based out of the Fresno area, likely a Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit. |

It's not a 1997, it clearly has the '99+ front bumper and grill. |
