Rotterdam bus, Cargo? Looks to me to be at Museumplein in Amsterdam, before the square was renovated. This street was called "the shortest Highway in Holland" and I enjoyed very much to hear the of the bricks driving much too fast in my 2CV when I was a student.

Hmm, I could not find filming locations, because many of the movie is shot in Rotterdam, I thought this would also be Rotterdam.
But if you say so...

Well, most pictures are in Rotterdam, but p.e. the picture of Renault 6 is in Vondelstraat, the Mercedes 207 is in Kattenburgerstraat and the Audi 100 is definitely also in Asterdam, though I can't tell you exactly where...

Aha, Thanks for the info.
Do you also now where the tunnel is (entry Peugeot 504 Break and Audi 100 CC)?

Tunnel is Maastunnel in Rotterdam (see also the tiled walls at the picture of the Police-truck Daf 2300 and the tunnel entrance with the BMW.

I have contacted a Dutch bus expert:

As weasel1984 said, it's a DAF SB201 with Hainje body.

Short translation Dutch text: The logo under the driver window indicates a bus from Amsterdam, series 170-209 form 1980-1981 or series 210-252 from 1982-1983. The last one has square headlights, the older series has round ones.

His name is John...(http://www.busmuseum.nl/)

It is 100% certain the Museumplein in Amsterdam. I was put on the wrong foot because of
the picture of the rear end of the bus. But apparently some of the houses there have been
demolished. The bus belongs to series 170-209 of 1980/1981. These were the only ones with
rectangular headlights and round rear lights. The older series had round headlights, the
newer 210-252 had square rear lights. The bus runs on route 26 to Leidseplein. The
painted busway was for outward bound buses. Other routes running over the Museumplein at
the time were 65 and 66 but those had green destination blinds.
