 There is grille with place for 1982+ badge. The silver trim of front window had to be lost, as it is present at the back one.

2140 was named "1500" in DDR brochure.

 Not the same car on the 1st thumb (see the door handles).
By the older iterior mirror, door handles and, perhaps, steering wheel, it's a totally rebuild Moskvitch 412 or a very, very early 2140, something like this one:
