 Some of the Western cars have white plates, but I cannot identify them. Where there shall they be from?

 The only legible one seems to be that on the Opel next to the Toyota Corolla, which looks like a crudely faked French one. ingo, I wouldn't lose any sleep over them if I were you.

 The point was rather to give to these plates just a foreign look (such cars in this cene better fit to the plot). We don't know from what country they are.
