Three kids, a batty old woman and two ghosts save the ruin of "Hermitage House" ![[Image: ruin.3.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/10314/ruin.3.jpg) from being demolished by nasty developers. All star cast (Ronnie Barker, Jimmy Edwards, Bernard Cribbins, Terry Scott etc) do lots of slapstick, and it's all a bit silly, really. Tried to find out what/where "Hermitage House" is/was and whether it's still standing, but nothing found - imdb, Reel Streets and the dvd booklet don't say. First 5 minutes here.
