Kerry-Abingdon

Kerry-Abingdon UK

Kerry and later Kerry-Abingdon were an English manufacturer from East London producing motorcycles 1902-15, also producing sidecars. This stopped with the arrival of WW1, but the company continued, and the Kerry brand was revived for 1960-67 on a range of imported Italian mopeds, sold as the Kerry Capitano. These were built by Testi with Minarelli engines, and imported fully built with Kerry badging already applied. Kerry tried marketing some other rebadged Testi mopeds and bikes, including a 3-wheeled Kerry Mini-Truck based on Testi’s Tri-Porter. Sales of these other attempts were minimal.
