Fiat Trattori S.p.A. was a Fiat group company founded in 1919.

In 1977, Fiat took over Hesston, Braud and the Italian firm Agrifull, a specialist in small-sized tractors. Fiat Trattori thus became FiatAgri and changed its livery from orange to burgundy, used on all new tractors.

In 1999, the FiatAgri and Ford New Holland (owned by the same holding) brands disappeared to make way for simply New Holland.
