This seams to be a Vauxhall Cresta PA of Mj 1958 because only this year, this colourshemes were used. Only on Cresta, not at Velox. Although Velox script is visible on rear wing instead of Cresta script on front wing and also window frames seems to be painted instead of stainless stell what says again Velox not Cresta.
