I can only make out a few letters on the grille, and along the top of the cowl. |

'Case' was my best guess (Caterpillar would be too long) but could be completely wrong. I will run the episode again in the hope of getting a better idea. |

Its acting as a snow-plough or earth-leveller / scraper. Lettering could be something like 'CHAMP' (CH?MP or CH??D). -- Last edit: 2007-03-26 16:30:25 |

That's more or less what I was thinking. Actually, I was considering something like "CHAR" or "CHRM." -- Last edit: 2007-03-26 16:50:16 (antp) |

Possible, as we already had one listed as Champ: /vehicle_32218-Champ-VP-840-40.html -- Last edit: 2007-03-26 16:51:20 |

Champion Motor Graders (now owned by Volvo). The 'N' of 'CHAMPION' is just visible I think. And the 'C' logo is the same. http://www.championmotorgraders.us/content/machines.html Models are C60 B, C66 B, C70 B, C80 C and C86 C Assuming for Manitoba conditions it would be all-wheel drive it could only be the Champion C86 C. -- Last edit: 2007-03-26 18:43:03 |
