This bus looks like a NORTA (New Orleans Regional Transit Authority) bus based on the paint scheme. The fleet number is hard to read it could be #628 or #638. NORTA’s predecessor NOPSI (New Orleans Public Service Incorporated) bought 1979 GMC RTS-03 (T8H-203) buses with the following fleet numbers: #518-702.
