dsl ◊ 2021-04-30 20:53	^ HK plates are rubbish for dates - their system involves re-registrations at the slightest excuse, particularly when cars change hands. I don't fully understand their tricks, but my guess is something like the owner receives the plate, not the car, so transfers the plate every time they replace the car. The only dateable fact is when the plate was first issued, where I've got some incomplete book tables - FM 5455 was Mar 93, as comment above.
