The front looks very similar to Ferrari 612 Can-Am, but thumbs change it to something else.

There doesn't seem to be much known about these, but it's from a Japanese racing series called the Mazda Rotary Junior series.

All I could find was one video on Youtube from 1984, including this car which isn't a Ferrari, just sponsored by Italstyle, which apparently was an Italian clothing brand that once had the license to produce Ferrari branded clothing.

The description of the video lists it with a 4th place finish, listed as 'Italstyle Revillon S'.

Good find ! I have found another video of those "RJ" races from 1984, in a better quality :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lrXa2lnz0Zg (scroll to 6:55) (dead link)

And results for those races at the Japan Automobile Federation website :

Link to "www.jaf.or.jp"

Where the #3 car is described as a "Hayabusa MS-R". I don't know if this refers to the chassis manufacturer, or to the team entering it, or both.

an article on this series
Link to "www.nopro.jp"

translated

Quote The RJ/SJ class was a single-seater racing car with a body and cowl, later called the RS.
The engine was around 180 horsepower and the car weighed 500 kg, so it was an intermediate category race with performance equivalent to F3.

The car is West Racing Cars 85S.

Around this time, Oscar Racing's SK85 began to appear as a rival to West Racing cars.

Other RJ/SJ machines that participated at the time were the Manatee, Maxim 61S, and at Suzuka, there were also a few minor ones such as the Collage.
The RJ series was mainly held at Tsukuba, and at one point it was so popular that some riders were eliminated from the qualifying rounds.
This was probably to be expected, as the prize money for the winner was 500,000 yen, and the series champion was 1 million yen, which was an unprecedented amount for this class at the time.

I venture out and say this is West 83S origin Japan

how I figure

- I know for sure the no 7 is West 83S II , so an evolution model, while there are some differences , the side profile and front hood look the same as red mystery car , rims are also the same as the air intakes on side

here same vents on top of front wheel

I didn't find evidence of an 84S but of a later 85S which looks totally different

- clue no 2 this text about West Racing which means they were part of its inauguration

"Planned and created the Sports Car Junior Championship, and launched a new series at Tsukuba Circuit.
Established as a corporation called "West Racing Cars Co., Ltd."
https://vita-club.co.jp/history/

- clue 3 the other listed chassis makers here,
Link to "www.nopro.jp"

Manatee Mk.4 released in 1983 this thing which looks total different , Oscar came in 1985 so not it

West = West Racing Cars?
If so, as we have another listed that way, maybe better to also use that name:
/vehicle_1766382-West-Racing-Cars-Vivace-7.html
I'd rather use just "West" for both, but maybe the other name is better?
