think this is a canadian Cockshott , notice fender shape , this tractors were nothing more then licensed Oliver tractors

and in the early 60s there weren't really purpose build backhoes, most just tractors with add-ons on them

the one in the main has a cabin which screams after-market probably cos of cold canadian wheater

I suppose it does match Oliver/Cockshutt and nothing else. Yeah, back then, a backhoe had about 50 or 60 horsepower at most and was a farm tractor or heavy-duty version of a farm tractor.
