 Judging by the pics of used TGAs for sale this type of steering wheel decoration (with silver strip on the top) had to be used since 2006 or later part of 2005. Many results for 2006, one for 2005. Older TGAs had it without silver strip so it was direct "copy" of TGA cabine's front wall grille.
Sinca ca 2003 the name of whole range was not TG-A, but TGA.
