There's actually 2 of them dressed up as fake police cars - both look identical apart from one has front badge and the other does not. Rear script when seen looks like 2300, as do the wheel trims and narrow wheels; Seen in every ep several times, sometimes together. SJO 888P was a Chevette registered in Oxfordshire.
