Factory installed equipment, making it a Custom Camper model. Made on a 1-ton C-30 indeed. As Chassis-cab, it has the CS/CE31003 Chevrolet code or the CS/CE31403 one, depending on the wheelbase (133"/3.38 m or 157"/3.99 m). Is it a 157", here? -- Last edit: 2015-07-19 04:23:26 |

Not many motorhome companies built bodies on the truck chassis; most of course used vans. This body has all the characteristics of an Open Road. Note how the roof overhangs at the rear; Open Roads had a tailgate-like appendage that folded down to be used as a porch when parked. http://car-us.com/car/chevrolet-other/11149 |
