is this really self propelled ???

it looks like it could be one of this trailer based loaders which doesn't make it eligible

the color scheme I am sure this is a PRENTICE

but dunno if it's a crawler model like this or trailer mounted !!

I don't think, that a trailer mounted version is anyhow usable on a scrapyard as here.
