Im sure several Fords were loaned or given to production for use on the show...back then the best advertising you could get. So 1 could have gotten scratched or gouged in a stunt/scene, and others Chin, Danny, and Kono are shown driving (aka the other thumbnails from other episodes) were of course not damaged.
