1941-47 Art Deco truck indeed. But impossible to say if a GMC or a Chevrolet without a view of the grille...

... unless a view of the hood side is available ;)

This looks a lot like the Chevrolet hood side grid. The 1941-47 GMC trucks have usually a long emblem at this location, saying General Motors Truck:

As Chevrolet, dual rear wheels mean a 1½-ton if a 1941-42 model, a 1½-ton or a 2-ton if 1946-47 truck. This truck was sold with the Heavy-Duty name in 1941-42, as 4100 to 6400 models in 1946-47.
