dsl ◊ 2015-03-14 00:13	1933 plate. 1930s police skid-pan training, probably Hendon again. Nice treadless tyres - even balder than me. Anyone able to explain why police skid pan cars always seem to have their headlights removed - even recent footage?? Seems an odd habit, particularly when they leave the window glass intact in most cases.

dsl ◊ 2015-03-14 13:53	UK B/BF production (8784) much higher than V8/18 ("911, including V8-40"). ^The headlights thing also means they can't do skid-panning at night - not sure how big a training gap that was.
